I understand that I am submitting my personal email address to Council 2, where my personal contact information is managed by select and properly approved staff. I understand that this contact information is only used to provide me the meeting information for member meetings of the whole Local 120, and this email may come as early as 48 hours before the meeting from the staff representative. I acknowledge that I will not submit a work email address and that it is my responsibility to only conduct union business using non-work methods.
